Our Regular Wobble and Balance Board is the perfect way to start or continue your balance journey. Whether it be for your desk at work, recovery from an injury or elevating your core strength this is the perfect partner. 

The board has a curved piece underneath, allowing you to rock side to side and try to balance the board in the centre. This is great for improving core strength, balance and developing muscle.

Hand made in Melbourne using sustainably sourced Victorian Ash timber this board is not only super functional, but also super beautiful. The board is finished with two coats of natural oil, providing protection from the elements and grip for your feet.

We advise using the board on a carpet or rug. If using the board on hard surfaces such as timber, laminate or tiles, we suggest using a rubber mat under the board.
