One side of the board has a curved piece across the middle, allowing you to rock side to side and try to balance the board in the centre. This is great for improving core strength, balance and developing muscle.
The other side of the board has a circular piece in the middle, allowing 360 swivel and creating a greater challenge for balancing the board - it will now rock back and forth as well as side to side.

We advise using the board on a carpet or rug. If using the board on hard surfaces such as timber, laminate or tiles, we suggest using a rubber mat under the board.
