I bought 2 of these toys (Bonez and Frankie) - the orb casing of both toys which contain the ball jellies perforated and burst within 2 days of use. My son was using the toys in a suitable and reasonable manner - no sharp nails or biting - just giving them a squish and squeeze.
I requested a refund or replacement with a different toy - but Sensory Street refused as they did not believe the damage was the result of a manufacturing fault.
These toys are not fit for purpose. Do not purchase.
