Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Sensory Street. While we want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase, we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Please note that there is no warranty for squishy/stretchy items once they have been opened and used. These products are designed to be stretched and squeezed, however they can be broken if overstretched. Generally the more gentle the user, the longer they will last. We understand that some people love to stretch and squeeze as hard as they can, or may dig nails or teeth in. Please consider this when choosing products to purchase. 

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind on the following products once opened:

- ARK chewables

 - Other chewable products

- Ear plugs or alternatives that are placed inside the ear

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at info@sensorystreet.com.au. Include as much information as you can, including your order/invoice number so that we can work to resolve your issue as best as possible.

If an item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us asap and we will work with you to find a solution.

If you change your mind about the purchase, you may exchange the item for store credit within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned (at your cost) in original, unopened and unused condition. We have the right to reject change of mind returns that have been opened or are outside of the 30 day return period.
